Location excellence 10mins walk to metro and newest shopping mall MixC.. thanks to Krya and Ms Ding. Both very helpful on advise to travel around Hangzhou and both speak English. Good breakfast good choice of food and really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Big rooms with good facilities. Room comes with washer, iron, ironing board, etc which are useful.

Free upgrade, to a large suite. Nice view of the CBD at night. Good location just 20 mins on the metro from the center of town.
